Alex and Noe (the owner) explained the process of ordering, designing, and installation (removal of old door, option of upgrading door frame, desired door knobs, etc.). Since they're custom made doors it does take some time for the project to be completed, but the end result is well worth it. My order was placed right before Thanksgiving and the door was installed by mid February. You can review their portfolio on their website or come up with your own original design. They're a small family owned company and you can really see the details and precision they place in the products they produce. After talking with every iron door company in central Texas I finally came across DCM, Doors Custom and More out of Houston. Noe Gomez traveled to our home north of San Antonio, which NO Central Texas iron door company would do. Noe communicated clearly and thoroughly what it would take to do the demolition (one door going to double doors), what options were available, the process to make and install the doors including timing, etc. Everything happened exactly as he said it would. This guy is a real professional, he has a talented support staff and our home was more beautiful than we imagined. Process was very easy, they came out and measured everything, built everything exactly to our spec with high quality materials and outstanding workmanship, and did a beautiful precision install. Their lead time was a little longer than competitors at the time when we ordered, but it was worth the extra wait not having to hire a separate carpenter to do the install.
